Son processus se fera la nuit (50 fenetres/nuit) pour ne pas déranger les travailleurs et amènera une meilleure insulation. Au bout du compte, le gratte-ciel économisera 410,000$/année en chauffage et climatisation. Serious Materials a été fondé en 2002 pendant les années Clinton où les projets verts étaient fortement encouragé.
