L’Hospice du comté de Santa Cruz (www.hospicesantsantacruz.org) a créé il y a un an un mur avec des tuiles dans leur jardin pour se rappeler des gens décédés. Plus d’une centaine de personnes ont pris avantage du mur et l’Hospice offre les tuiles à acheter jusqu’au 31 juillet. Les tuiles sont offerte avec des grandeurs différentes avec des prix variant de 150$ a 500$. On prévoit faire un “open house” en septembre pour les familles et amis qui ont acheté une tuile sur le mur.
Le mur sert entre autre a un support au niveau de la communauté de Santa Cruz. Comme quoi, quand on vit la douleur de perdre un être cher, c’est souvent avec le support des autres qu’on arrive à s’en sortir…
