Bizarroïde du Jour / Weirdo of the Day

Pendant mon récent séjour à Sacramento, j'ai aperçu ce type dans un évènement dans un parc. Il était sur le point de partir du parc et j'imagine qu'il était un musicien.

En fait, je pensais que seulement Santa Cruz avait des personnes bizarre mais je vois que même notre capitale a sa part de personnes bizarres.

During my recent stay in Sacramento, I saw this weirdo in a public event happening in a park. He was about to leave the park and I believe he is a musician.

In fact, I always thought that only Santa Cruz had weirdos but I can see our capital has also its load of weirdos.
