Ik-Joong Kang a toujours eu une âme d’enfant. Depuis ses tout débuts en sol américain où il transportait son kit de peinture et des petits canvas de 3 pouces de diamètre, il aimait bien peindre dans ses temps libres.
Après avoir obtenu un BFA en Corée et un MFA à New York, il a débuté sa carrière artistique. Son dernier projet intitulé “100,000 Rêves” est d’un kilomètre de longueur. C’est une murale qui a plus de 5900 peintures et sculptures d’enfants qui vise à célébrer l’internationalisme, la camaraderie et la paix mondiale.
