Ceux qui osent porter ses vêtements n’ont vraiment pas peur de s’afficher. Il n’est pas étonnant que sa journée de l’année favorite est l’Halloween. Sa mère, Donna Thompson, un professeur d’art universitaire, lui a montrée comment coudre dès son jeune âge. Par la suite, Jessica a pu travailler pour divers commerces en tant que couturière et designer. Elle a facilement pue s’apercevoir qu’elle pouvait payer un seul mois de loyer en ne fabriquant qu’un costume.
Avec le succès du film “Pirates of the Carribbeans”, Louise s’est inspiré de celui-ci pour faire des costumes d’Halloween très pirates colorés. Il est à noter qu’elle est la seule designer aux USA à créer une ligne de costume d’Halloween.
