My patience has its limitations!

I am known as a sweet and patient person but there are things that get me out of my nice zone, of course. I can tell you that I bear a long time before I get angry at a company or a person.
The company I will mention today is a local Santa Cruz company. I have done business indirectly with them for the past three years, if not more. I say indirectly because my daughter, who is a student at Santa Cruz Montessori School, is also registered for an after-school choir class. Every two or three months, an end-of-session concert is happening and of course, we always buy one or two DVDs in souvenir.
All would go well if that video wouldn’t be produced by the company Dreamscape Digital Media (http://www.dreamscapedigital.com). Since its early beginnings, this company is really quick to cash their customers’ checks but real slow in delivering the merchandise. We are promised the video within 8 weeks but it is most often a good 3 ½ months. And that, it is if we nag the video guy, of course!

I am not making this up! Last summer, I ordered two DVDs in early April and because I was in the whirlwind of my graduation and a fun-filled summer, I completely forgot my order. In late August, I called the owner, Todd Roush, and he told me he had forgotten me. Do I need to do a drawing here?
In the past years, when I was contacting him to know where were my DVDs, he was really rude with me and last Spring, one of my friends contacted him for the same reason and he hung up on her.
My God! There are some people out there that should never go in business and Todd Roush is just one of them!
