SFO 2
Pour ceux qui ont recemment pris un vol d’American Airlines ou Virgin America en direction de San Francisco ou à partir de la même ville, ils ont pu constater l’élégance du nouveau terminal SFO 2. Construit sur un budget de 383$ millions et desinner par la firme Gensler, il a été conçu pour être environnemental. Le nouveau terminal utilise la lumière naturelle et une station hydraulique pour remplir votre bouteille d’eau.
Le terminal offre des oeuvres d’art gigantesque tel que “Topograph” de Kendall Buster ainsi qu’un spa. Offre-t-il la garantie de vols qui n’offrent pas de délai? Pas encore, malheureusement!

For those of you who recently flew on American Airlines or Virgin America to or from San Francisco, you were able to admire the elegance of the brand new SFO 2 airport terminal. Built with a $383 million budget and designed by the firm Gensler, it was conceived to be sustainable. The new terminal uses natural light and possesses a “hydration station” for your refillable water bottle.
The terminal offers huge public art such as Kendal Buster’s “Topograph” as well as a day spa. Is it also offering flights with no delay? Well, not yet, unfortunately!

Une omelette du tonnerre! / A Terrific Omelet!
Amateur de déjeuners exquis, la prochaine fois que la fringale vous prends dans la région de San Francisco, prenez votre envol vers le café Three-Zero. Le petit restaurant, situé près de l’aéroport de Half Moon Bay est réputé pour attirer les pilotes d’avion du coin.
Le plat du pilote, compose d’oeufs brouillés avec des coeurs d’artichauds, zucchini, saucisses, champignons et de l’ail a fait une réputation du tonnerre a ce restaurant. Les clients du restaurant ont passé le mot pour faire de ce café l’endroit de prédilection pour Half Moon Bay.

The Pilot’s plate, which consists of scrambled eggs, artichoke hearts, zucchini, sausages, mushroom and garlic is a dish that the restaurant’s patron swear by. Word-of-mouth has brought a well-known reputation for this Half Moon Bay joint.
Take off and head to Three-Zero
