En cette St-Patrick, fête nationale des Irlandais, rien de mieux que de les mettre en valeur. Le 14 mars dernier, le Irish Innovation Center a ouvert ses portes à San Jose en Californie. Le tout était présidé par le premier ministre Irlandais, Brian Cowen. Ce centre a pour but d’aider les entrepreneurs Irlandais a réussir au sein de la Silicon Valley.
Tout comme les États-Unis, l’Irlande a particulièrement été touchée par la crise économique. Le but immédiat du centre est d’aider plus de 35 entreprises start-up Irlandaise dans les domaines vert, informatique et autres venues de la haute-technologie. Le centre prévoit offrir un total de 100$ million de dollars en fond d’investissement.
