Elle a été, entre autre, la première femme aux USA a avoir été élue comme membre honoraire du consul de Slovaquie. Titulaire d’un bacalauréat avec honneur en Anglais et Histoire de l’art de l’Université de San Francisco, elle a obtenue différents prix et certificates au courant de sa prolifique carrière.
