Embarquer dans l’autobus… et manger! / Get on the bus… and eat!

Quand on pense à un autobus scolaire, on pense à de jeunes enfants. Toutefois, avec l’autobus Le Truc, on a pas besoin d’être un enfant pour entrer dans l’autobus. Le Truc est un autobus noir et blanc qui est en fait un restaurant, mais bien plus que les traditionnelles cantines mobiles.

Le Truc sert des mets santé et bien apprêtés artistiquement. On peut manger à l’intérieur (avec réservation, car il n’y a que 12 sièges) ou à l’extérieur de l’autobus. Le petit restaurant mobile appartient à Hugh Schick, chef exécutif et Blake Tally, qui s’occupe de l’aspect financier de l’entreprise. Pour l’instant, Le Truc n’est ouvert que quelques heures par jour.

When we think of a school bus, we think of young children. However, with Le Truc, we don’t need to be a kid to get on the bus. Le Truc is a black and white bus that is, in fact, a restaurant, but more than the traditional roach coach.

Le Truc serves healthy meals that are artistically well presented. We can out inside the bus (with reservation, because there are only 12 seats) or outside the bus. The small mobile restaurant belongs to Hugh Schick, executive chef and Blake Tally, who takes care of the financial aspect of the enterprise. For now, Le Truc is only opened a few hours per day.
