Depuis 2 ans, je me donne comme objectif de voir tout les films qui sont en nomination pour les Oscars, avant la grande soirée! C’est aujourd’hui que les films en nomination sont mis public et j’ai déjà une petite idée qui va l’emporter gros.
Mon film favori de l’année, “Avatar”, est bien sûr en nomination. Je vais sûrement sauter de joie à chaque fois que le film gagnera une statuette. J’ai également un petit faible pour “Inglorious Basterds” car je suis une grande fan de Quentin Tarantino. Mes enfants rient beaucoup de moi à chaque soirée des Oscars. Ils se souviennent de ma joie immense quand Penelope Cruz a gagnée l’an passé comme actrice de soutient ou Javier Bardem, avec son impressionant rôle dans le film “No Country for Old Men.”

Since 2 years, I am giving myself the challenge to see all the movies nominated for the Oscars, before the big evening! It is today that all the nominations are revealed to the public and my intuition tells me who will win big this year.
My favorite film of the year, “Avatar”, is in nomination. I will surely jump of joy each time this movie will win trophies. I also have a soft spot for “Inglorious Basterds” because I am a big Quentin Tarantino fan. My children make fun of me at each of the Oscar evening. They remember my great joy when Penelope Cruz won best supporting actress last year or the year that Javier Bardem won an Oscar for his impressive role in “No Country for Old Men.”
So, starting today, I will look up in local theaters if they still show any of the nominated movies. I am giving myself until March 7th, Oscar’s evening, to see all these movies. For a list of the nominated movies, visit: http://tinyurl.com/ydkkkv8
