I was told by many of my knitting classmates that this event was not to be missed. Apparently, it is the place to go to shop and see darling creations. I already planned on going weeks ago. I was told to wear good shoes, bring water because the place would be big and filled with tons of people.
Well, no one lied to me! But I didn’t regret my visit at Stitches West. Not only I got a free entrance (thank you to a lady named Jenny McLoughlin who gave me an entrance ticket – valued at $8) but I saw gorgeous creations that literally inspired me to continue knitting. I took many photos to show you the true talents of some American women that came from all over the USA as vendors.
The bonus during this visit? I won one of the door prizes: a collection of 5 children books that have knitting patterns inside.
I am filled with happiness and will definitely return to this event next year.
