Laura Stec and le Dr. Eugene Cordero, auteurs du livre “Cool Cuisine: Taking the Bite Out of Global Warming” seront à la bibliothèque principale de Redwood City pour parler de leur livre. Celui-çi parle comment le système alimentaire agro-chimique affecte le réchauffement de la planète et comment celui-çi affecte notre chaîne alimentaire. Mme Stec est une chef et une fervente environnementaliste qui enseigne l’art de la la cuisine santé. Dr. Eugene Cordero est un professeur associe dans le département de météorologie de la San José State University.

Laura Stec is a Bay Area chef and environmental advocate who teaches about the artistry, health, and energetic of cooking. Dr. Eugene Cordero is an associate professor in the Meteorology Department at San Jose State University.
